CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

Parties: The two parties entering into this agreement are "Lessor" and "Lessee".
Lessor: The individual or entity requesting the charter service.
Lessee: The company providing the service, known as Paperjet Flights.

GENERAL

This quotation is for specific aircraft; should it be necessary to change aircraft, the cost may vary accordingly.
The Lessor will be informed of any changes prior to the flight and the amount of additional cost, if any.
The quotation is based on aircraft and crew availability and is valid for 7 days.
Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this document, this document becomes a legal and binding contract between the two parties.

PRICES, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND PRESENTATION DATE

All prices indicated in this document are accurate as of the date indicated, are subject to change without notice and are valid for 7 days.
Payment in full is required prior to departure.
Cancellation notice is required at least 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 12 hours of flight will be charged the equivalent of one hour's flight time.
A no show or cancellation less than 12 hours prior to the flight the full amount will be charged.
Interest will accrue at the rate of 2% per month, after 30 days of non-payment.
The lessor is responsible for for attorney's fees in the collection of overdue invoices.

WINDOW OF PRESENTATION

The Lessee company will wait up to 60 minutes after the originally scheduled departure time for all passengers.
If all passengers have not arrived within sixty minutes, Paperjet Flights has the right to depart with passengers present.
If passengers have arrived within sixty minutes after the scheduled departure time, PaperJet Flights may cancel the flight and apply a penalty cancellation.
If the customer arrives more than 60 minutes after the originally scheduled, Paperjet Flights reserves the right to charge 12 minutes for each hour or portion thereof that Paperjet Flights has waited for the delayed passenger.

DEPARTURE DEFERRAL

The filing window can be extended by purchasing the 30 minute window deferral for each hour.
If the Charter Carrier is delayed 30 to 60 minutes after the originally scheduled departure time, Lessor will be compensated 12 minutes for future flights.
If the Charter Carrier is delayed more than 60 minutes, the lessor will be compensated 30 minutes for future flights.
Lessor will be compensated 30 minutes per hour late up to the total flight time.
All compensation will be made in hours, there is no cash refund or transfer.

DOCUMENTATION

Photo ID's of all passengers are required prior to the flight.
In addition, official travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are the responsibility of each passenger.

ITINERARY CHANGES AND CHANGE INFORMATION

Itinerary changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew availability and also subject to price.
The notification of changes or cancellations must be in writing and transmitted by Company Email within the cancellation period indicated above.

LIABILITY

Paperjet Flights shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or transportation, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in transporting the passenger or making arrangements for the passenger's or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or any similar cause.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated and governed by the in laws of the states in which we have our principal place of business.
In the event that the subject user or passengers of the service, by threats, violence, intimidation or any unlawful means, attempts to change the destination of the the destination of the aircraft or cause its route to be diverted, shall be subject to the corresponding penalties provided for in the Penal Code in force for the Federal District.

PARTIAL TERMINATION OF FLIGHTS

The lessor is not liable for the expenses incurred for the replacement of aircraft in case of mechanical failure, (in this case the charges will only apply to the portions of the flight completed).
If a flight does not arrive at its destination due to bad weather, the charges apply to any destination reached and the return flight of the aircraft and crew (with or without passengers) to base.
In the event of mechanical failure, the lessee may provide at its option substitute transportation, which will be charged as a supplement to the lessee.
In such cases the charges to the lessor apply only on the parts of the completed flight.

OPERATIONAL

Aircraft owned or leased by "PAPERJETFLIGHTS are operated under AOC - 269.
Contracted aircraft are operated under their respective permits and certificates, in which case the lessee shall hold harmless and indemnify the lessor company against any and all losses.
Additional charges may include commissaries, satellite telephone, de-iceing, ground transportation and itinerary changes.
Landing and facilities are estimates and may vary.
